Ticket configuration and ticket panels managed from one dashboard section.

What it does

Tickets provides the server support workflow. Sauce stores ticket settings and can post or remove ticket panels from Discord.

Setup

  1. Open Tickets.
  2. Configure the ticket system and staff behaviour.
  3. Save the settings.
  4. Post the ticket panel to the selected channel.
  5. Remove/repost the panel when the layout changes.
