Prepare reusable messages once, then send or update them without rebuilding every field.

What it does

Message Templates stores reusable announcements, rules and information messages. A template can contain normal text, embeds and supported interactive components.

Setup

  1. Open Message Templates.
  2. Create a template.
  3. Build and preview the message.
  4. Choose a channel and send it.
  5. Update the published message from the saved template when its content changes.

Tools

  • Duplicate templates.
  • Import and export supported template data.
  • Preview before sending.
  • Keep published messages connected to their source template.
