Custom Commands

Create server-specific commands, arguments and responses without changing Sauce code.

What it does

Custom Commands lets each server create its own command behaviour. Commands can be created, edited, deleted and dry-run from the Dashboard before members use them.

Setup

  1. Open Custom Commands.
  2. Create a command name and response/actions.
  3. Configure arguments where required.
  4. Use the dry-run tool to verify output.
  5. Save and enable it.

Management

  • Create and save custom commands.
  • Dry-run without publishing a real command response.
  • Delete custom commands.
  • Add arguments to commands that need member input.
